This class is for you!
I align your body centres, with crystals as I run through a mediation with affirmation’s, drumming, crystal bowl, while you relax and take time out.
The sound, music and your thoughts will relax you and realign your chakra’s , then we end with a sage cleanse to remove unwanted energies.
